1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting project estimates, or contracting Adeptoweb for web design, development, or consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Adeptoweb delivers custom website design, web application development, e-commerce solutions, and digital strategy. Specific project deliverables, development sprints, timelines, and payment schedules are documented in individual client proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final settlement of all agreed project invoices, full ownership and intellectual property of the bespoke source code, visual designs, and media developed specifically for the client are assigned to the client, subject to standard open-source licenses for underlying frameworks and libraries.
4. Warranties & Support
We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug remediation and unexpected errors arising from contracted features. Ongoing server administration, security patching, and feature additions are covered under our dedicated maintenance agreements.
